Despite the unpredictable weather, there was an excellent turnout for the Cork Carnival of Science, which took place on the weekend of 06.07.26 in Fitzgerald's Park in Cork. The group took part in a number of demonstrations with the School of  Chemistry involving forensic science and the evolution of gases.
